i had intercourse 3 weeks ago,is it possible for me to tell if i am pregnant with a normal test?the test i used came up positive.

Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A4613

The normal (home, urine) pregnancy test is accurate if taken after the expected period is missing. In your case (3 weeks after the intercourse) the test is probably accurate so you can request an ultrasound scan for pregnancy confirmation.

You have to consult a gynecologist.
