Q: ultrasound results

Hi iam 5 wk pregnant and my due date is 12-27-08. I did an ultrausound on 04/24/08 the ultrasound tech told me that the fetus was closed to my cervix it normaly needs to be on the uterus. Should i be concern or what should i do?
