I had my abortion when I was 5 weeks pregnant in the mid of JAN 09. After which I am regularly having ulcers in mouth. Also my urine is dark yellow in colour even today, but there is no burning or bad smell. Recently my I have got ulcers on my tonsils too and it pains when I have food. I drink lots of water and also have fruits. I take B12 tablet every time when my Ulcers become severe.
Kinly help.
