I just had a colonoscopy amd they found and removed a large ulcerated submucosal nodule on the IC valve cecum. What does this mean?

Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the pathology results to arrive before you (and your doctor) will know exactly what this nodule is (there are multiple different benign and malignant lesions that can present similarly to what you have described).

What are the chances of this being cancer?? And if it is cancer it has been removed does that mean its ok?
