ulcer and dizziness

Hello,
I need some advice from a qualified person.

I have had ulcers for some time and am currently on medications.

Listing my findings:

Reflux esophagatis with esophageal ulcer, antral gastritis, and duodentis.

Now, I have all the medications and have been on treatment for about 1 month..

My problem other than the daily discomfort is super light headedness and not being able to focus.. pins and needles in fingers and feet and a few more "vitamin b12 deficiency" type characteristics.. I have searched the net for possible reasons and so am now on also daily injections of vitamin b12.. (as taking capsules while on medication is useless)..

Im not sying I know everything on this subject, but I know eneougt to know what to east for high levels of vitamin b12 deficiency, like cows liver, vegetables etc..

so.. I am looking after that deficiency, but the "head spins" and dizzyness and a type of dementia / forgetfullness / unbalanced in walking is still there and has been bad for the last few days.. Even to write this and concentrate is exhausting work.

I have a feeling of dizzyness that runs up my back and into my brain and I feel close to blackout often and am worried I have something else wrong with me that could be serious.. I have had all the relevant checks and I am told the rest of me is perfect....

Since I found out about my ulcers, i gave up smoking 2packs a day for 25 years to nil, never drink coffee, do not drink alcohol and have been living on steamed vegetables and healthy foods in general.. breakast is usually bran and banana with milk.. lunch is fresh type food and so is dinner..

I have really turned into a health nut also and go to the gym etc.. Ive gone from living a party life to a "priest" type existence over the last few months..

I feel good somedays, but the dizzyness and many other uncoordinated feelings on mind and body is worrying me terribly.. Please give me any advice that can help.. I live in thailand and the doctor / patient relationship is not like the rest olf the western world and a lot gets lost in translation.

My current medication is this:

Ganaton: 50 mg morning and night
Prevacid FDT 3 30mg morning and night
Motilium - m10 mg m3 times a day.

Please please help, Im at my wits end.. diets, naturepath or any advice.. It is literally driving me crazy..
thanks so much.

Deficiency of Vitamin B-12 is manifested with anemia and neurological symptoms including cognitive like yours. Chronic gastritis can cause Vitamin B12 deficiency because it disturbs its absorption in the intestines. In such cases Vitamin B12 can be taken only with a shot. No diet can help because the vitamin can't be absorbed from the intestines because of the chronic gastritis.
Brain lesions from Vitamin B12 deficiency can be revealed with MRI scan. You can consult some gastroenterologist and neurologist about your problem.
