Dear All ( pls help me for God sake)

This is shaikhu & i'm 27 years old un married . my problem is i get fast discharege if do mastrubate or sex with in few seconds my parents are looking a girls for me to get marry inshallah by net year i'm very affaried about my sexual life how i can perform with my wife if get fast discharge the sperm come out very soon & my penise became little week.

this thing of premature ejaculation sarted when i was 21 or 22 age

i have srated doing homme sex from the age 10 and masturbation from age of 14 but from last 2 year i have stop doing hommesex & from 6 month i have stop doing mastrubate

now at the age of 27 i'm not getting the sexual feeling what i was getting at age of 20

so i't my humble request to you kindly advice meas i'm the only son of my parrents i'm very guitty on my self for what i did

You would like to know whether premature ejaculation can be treated.

Premature ejaculation is a sexual malfunction when the semen is ejaculated faster from the penis during orgasm. Premature ejaculation may happen due to hypersensitivity psychologically or organically.

There are two types of treatment of premature ejaculation: psychological and medical. You may consider seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist. You may also see a urologist to rule out any organic malfunction. You may be advised to take local anesthetics or antidepressants.
