I have had these little bumps on my face for about 2 years now they are mostly skin colored and my skin is kind of dry and sensitive. When I remove hair in between my eyebrows it causes little tiny bumps I have been using cetaphil face wash for months but it does not seem to be helping the dermatologist has me on doxycycline once a day i have been taking it for a little over a month now it does not seem to be helping here are some pictures of my acne just copy and paste the link i have tried everything and it makes me not even want to go out in public i need help.
