Hi my name is Jennifer and I am 19 wks. on Tues 1/13/09. My question is; I get severe migraines at least twice a yr. and since last tuesday I have had a steady headache that turned into one of the worst migraines I have ever had!!! So, of course I went to the er and the doctor prescribed me tylenol 3 with codein becuase he wasn't sure about the affects of midrin in pregnancys. What do you think?

i have severe migraines and my ob and my diabetes doctor both say that t3 are fine throughout pregnancy. Just dont take alot. On when you need it for migraines. It is alot more stress on you and your body especially the baby if you dont take anything for your migraines. Keep calm and go to a dark room. I take two and two gravol every 6 hours if needed. That way Im not taking 1 every 3 - 4hours like I am used to. The two together seem to kick it before it gets worse....good luck
