Don't know what you're talking about as far as LUMPS are concerned but figured I'd chime in. I once has two tiny rock hard bumps just under the skin on the left side of the shaft. They were small like a sesemi seed or something but didn't oozed when squeezed like you suggest. I eventually broke the skin and they turned out to be calcium deposits, actually looked a lot like sesimi seeds. They just popped right out from under the skin and never came back. Might be what you are experiencing.

how did you "pop" them out, and how did you break the skin safely?
