Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. Such pimples around the anus can be due to folliculitis, cysts or hemorrhoids. Other differentials are herniation of anal mucosa or rectum, a polyp or skin tag especially if there is no bleeding present. Conservative treatment including avoidance of straining, increased fluid intake and high fiber diet.

I suggest you to get an external examination and a proctoscopy done from a surgeon to confirm the diagnosis.

I sincerely hope this information helps. Take care.
