Q: Two periods in one month

I have been trying to get pregnant with my husband for about half a year now. Nothing has happened yet. I had my last period May 12-17, then I had a shorter, lighter one May 28-30. My stomach has been really bubbly and I've been having slight cramps. My nipples are sore and I've been really moody, tired, and I just don't feel like myself. I'm thinking it could be a late effect from my birth control which I stopped in January. Anyone have an idea?
