Two menstrual cycles

Hi, I received my period feb 4th it lasted through the 9th 5 days as usual but I didn't get my normal symptoms. I didn't get cramps my breast did not hurt and my flow wasn't as heavy as usual. Now on Feb 16th I was back I got cramps and my breast swelled and it still continues . I took two home pregnancy test which both said negative but what does this mean?? please help I am scared and lost.
