Extremely eHealthy
This condition is a birth defect, known as an ectopic kidney, kidney located at an abnormal position (topic means place).
During her development in utero her kidneys that were initially located in pelvis, needed to migrate and rotate up to the normal kidney position along the upper back.
One of the kidney didn't migrate correctly, so, both of the kidneys stayed located at the same place and they may even fused partially.
This condition doesn't pose serious health consequences, but, urine back flow, kidney infections, kidney stones and kidney failure are possible.
Being overweighted means that you'll have significant fat deposits within and around internal tissues and organs, too.
This leads to impaired functioning of heart, kidneys, and causes one to be at risk for metabolic syndrome, which meanly includes diabetes and hypertension.
