I am fifteen, and mortified of the dentist. I hate them...I have always been going to the dentist and have been getting good reports back. But a month ago I went to the dentist and found out I have sensitive teeth and receding gums which both run in my family. A couple of weeks ago i noticed that my two front teeth move the tiniest amount..the other night I was about to go to bed, and I felt my tooth move when I wobbled it with my two fingers. Once again it only moved the tiniest bit. My friend keeps telling me not to worry and she says her ones do the same.

Do I have anything to be concerned about? Or am I just being paranoid?

It is not that much to worry about. Just DO NOT play with them. In doing that you will weaken the connection between your jaw bone and your teeth. I broke my two front teeth in half when I was about 8 years old, and they still periodically loosen up. I know how it feels to have scary teeth problems. I have had 12 teeth pulled (4 baby teeth, 4 permanent teeth, and my wisdom teeth), and none were rotten...lol...but anyways just try to eat softer food ie dont chomp on hard candy with your front teeth, and avoid apples...an apple a day might keep the doctor away but it might make the dentist keep showing up lol

Right,and it is visible when I move it. Like I can see it move...is that okay? Or does that mean it's bad?
