I have tingling and twitching fingers on my left hand. Getting worse. I am active and this started a month ago . 44 years old. Any idea why this is happeining?

Hi,

Thanks for the query. Such twitching and tingling sensations should be checked to rule out neurological problems. You should be examined by a neurologist for the same.

Do mention your alcohol intake during your visit as that does have a correlation. Meanwhile, limit your intake as far as possible.

Also, I would like you to have your blood sugar levels checked considering your age.
