I started off as one of my feet twitching when i placed it in a certain spot and then i noticed some of my fingers twitching on their own free will. then if i placed my wrist in a certian position it began to spasam now i can see my pluse as my neck bolgers out every time my heart beats its authentic i haven'1 read of anyone that has these conditions and most recently my head has begun shaking it is really really annoying but i think it is quite serious any suggestion on what it could be will be very appriciated. i dont suffer any odd pains when lifting and at times i wake up shaking or gasping for air but i wake up shaking alot more now then before anything will be helpful as i want to prepare myself for the worse when i go and see my doctor

Thanks.

Hi,
I have the same exact conditions. Every one you have actually. I went to a doctor about 3 weeks ago and they said I have essential tremor and they put me on Propanolol which kinda takes the edge off(plus I have high blood pressure, which propanolol also helps) but doesn't get rid of it fully. I'm still concerned that I have something like parkinsons or another problem but only time will tell I guess. I'm still really young though(19), so it would be extremely rare for someone like me to have Parkinsons and essential tremor is very common in people at all ages. If you need someone to talk about it just write me.
These conditions scared me at first, and they still do. It definitely helps to talk to someone about it.
Best Wishes
-Jake
