It was mentioned that it could be BA. To me, the growth is very much like a tumor, with the exception, of it oozing when covered in a band-aid. It looks like an internal tumor found an opening in the skin and pushed through. Even though its still my skin, it feels like something is growing on it because there is no pain. It is currently on my left leg right above my ankle. Any ideas?

I am not sure what BA refers to but that growth on your leg could be considered as a tumor. A biopsy is needed to clarify its origin and nature. You may want to consult a surgeon about it.
