Uterine fibroids are almost always benign (not cancerous).
Fibroid can grow as a single tumor, or there can be many of them in the walls of the womb.
Back pain, feeling of fullness in the lower stomach area, heavy bleeding and painful periods, painful intercourse, frequent urination, rectal pressure are all symptoms of fibroid in womb.

When do you usually vomit?
Where are the tumors that showed on x-ray located (ovaries)?

Have you tried messing around with your diet a little? I know that certain things can cause me to be bloated - bread, diary, etc. Maybe the back pain is not connected to the bloating?

Fibroids should not be worrisome. The majority of women have those.

Abdominal cramps, bloating, back pain, nausea and vomiting can be, also, recognize as symptoms of bowel functional disorder.
Taking fiber can lead to worse bloating.
To avoid this, try to increase the fiber intake gradually.

Do you have changed frequency and pattern of bowel movements?
