for last 5/6 days ive been getting very bad cramping pains in my tummy and my tummy feels bloated at times and can feel hard also been feelin very sick it started in the evenings then it went to morning but its lasting all day. when i eat the sickness goes and 10mins later it comes back.

2 days ago i had a spotting of blood and yesterday i did to. my period is due on the 4th feb.
