Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Absent periods could suggest possibility of pregnancy or even menopausal onset. If pregnancy is suspected (due to spontaneous recanalization of tubes), go ahead with visiting your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). If pregnancy gets ruled out, further evaluation would be needed to rule out menopausal onset and look for the underlying cause for the absent periods. Treatment as required would be stared (based on examination findings and investigation results) to help you get your periods/regulate your periods. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
