I had my tubes tied 2 years ago, im always regular, I was 10 days late this month. I got 4 negative hpt and a negative blood test. I started spotting and bleed very lightly for 2 days and have spotted brown discharge for 4 days now. The same thing happened when I was pregnant with my 3 kids. I have some symptoms, should I test again? Can I be pregnant?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
If you have been having persistent symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Sometimes, early tests can show false negative results, consider taking a repeat test. If pregnancy gets ruled out, further evaluation would be done to look for underlying cause for the abnormal periods and brown spotting that you describe. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination and investigations results) would be started to help you. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
