Welcome to ehealthforum,
Tubes can get spontaneously recanalized after few years. If they have got recanalized, chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out (if you are sexually active and not on any other form of birth control). These pregnancies however are high risk for ectopic pregnancy (due to chances of scar tissue in tubes affecting movement of fertilized and growing ovum). If you suspect to be pregnant, visit your gynecologist/obstetrician for a thorough evaluation to confirm/rule out pregnancy (especially ectopic pregnancy).
