Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Fallopian tubes can get recanalized after few years spontaneously, and if you are sexually active without any additional form of birth control protection, you can be at risk of pregnancy. The symptoms could suggest chances of pregnancy. If pregnancy is suspected, look out for development of any other new symptoms suggestive of pregnancy and consider visiting your gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). If pregnancy gets ruled out, go ahead with getting further evaluation done to look for the underlying cause for your missed periods. Treatment as needed (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
