i had my tubes tied almost 6 years ago. i have been trying to get pregnant recently even though the chances are slim. for the past 2 weeks i have been having headaches, cramping in my pelvis area and my lower back, i am hungry all the time, i am tired after sleeping all night and i have indigestion almost constantly. my period was different too. i usually bleed heavily for the first three days but i only did on the first night. it only lasted 5 days when it usually lasts 7. could i be pregnant?

Pregnancy chances after tubal ligation is quite remote though woman have conceived even after that. The different symptoms explained by you as change in the blood flow, pelvis cramping, headcahe,back pain might be due to various possibilities as pregnancy, hormonal changes,stress, anxiety, sudden change in the diet, exercise etc.

It requires a detailed examination and investigations as Blood test and USG scan to comment regarding the exact cause. Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for clinical evaluation.
