Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Sometimes tubes can get recanalized spontaneously. To check the patency of tubes, go ahead with getting a HSG (hysterosalpingogram) test done by your gynecologist. If the test shows patency of tubes, you can go ahead with your pregnancy plans. If tubes are blocked, and non-patent, then you will have to undergo surgery for tubal reversal to make them patent.
Take care.
