Some patients with tuberculosis, while on tuberculosis treatment can experience either initial enlargement of the lymph node or additional swollen lymph nodes within the first 2 months of treatment.
Also, local complications like lymph node abscesses can appear during the treatment.
Most of the patients will have their swollen lymph nodes returning to their normal size after 6 months drug treatment, or in the smaller percents of patients there won't be future enlargement.

Best wishes!

A few weeks after starting treatment, lymph nodes often start to enlarge, and previously solid lymph nodes may become fluctuant and soft.
Two to three months into treatment the lymph nodes start to shrink again.
Lymph nodes that feel rubbery or soft may also indicate an abscess (a collection of pus) formation.

Consult your physician and do not try to drain them by yourself!

dear MandMs

physician suggested to drain, because the node were seems like bubble than it was drained by itself but still some formation and swollen seems at the same area now i am on 56th day of treatment.

my weight increased by 3 kg, all other reports are normal like LFT, CBC, UA except ESR is at 52m/ph

now physican also suggested to a 5 days course of an other antibiotic of CO-AMOXICLAV group.

looking for suggestion
