A female patient has swelling of cervical lymph node a year before.she get the treatment anti tb for one year. but aafter 6 month she again felt swelling at the same area.what should be the diagnosis ?and what type of treatment you suggest for her?

If this lymph nodes is clinically suspicious either for tuberculosis or cancer, then a biopsy would have to be peformed FIRST to confirm the diagnosis. Only after a specific diagnosis is made can a specific treatment be recommended.
