tubal or menopause

I had a tuballigation done 15yrs ago i've had regular periods since.
The first day of my last menstrual is 11/26/10. I normally have it every 3 weeks or 21-28 days thus today i have not gotten it. I had a sonogram done last week 1/8/10 no sac only cyste and fibroid smaller than a pea noted. I have gain 10lbs since last month and my breast are ingorged.
I am able to eat all day long when i couldnt before due to acid reflux.
i dont even get indigestion.
I had 4 urine pregnancy test and a quantitative hcg done in the past 3wks all neg. im waiting on a full panel beta and hormonal test . i am concerned i thought i felt something move like flicker or spasm and my stomach is contracting / tightening in different spots also it shifts if i shift laying on my back/side or standing.
