I am a 37 yrs old female that had a tubal ligation done about 12yrs ago. About a year ago had a Endometrial Ablation done as well. I did not get a period after my ablation. Now I am feeling strange I have sore nipples and feel like i have cramps. Can anyone help me in understanding what is happening?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
You can have chances of spontaneous tubal recanalization after few years of tubal ligation. Pregnancy is possible after an endometrial ablation (depending on the type and extent of the procedure). The symptoms that you describe (feeling different, sore nipples, abdominal cramps) could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. If pregnancy is suspected, look out for development of any other new symptoms and consider visiting your gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). An ultrasound scan done will help to confirm/rule out chances of ectopic pregnancy. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
