Hi I am about a week late I had my tubes CLIPPED about a year ago, I am just wondering I took a home pregnancy test twice and they came out negative, what are the chance of getting pregnant after getting your tubes CLIPPED, and can I be pregnant please please someone answer me as soon as possible
