I am 30 & TTC for 1 year. Out of this 1 year, 7 months my husband was in a different city and we met on weekends and holidays- tried the "fertile between days 12-16 day" method, some of which occured during the days we met but No success.
My periods were always regular coming on the 28th day every month. After starting intercourse they became 26 days. I also had unusual very long periods some months ago- 31 days in aug 07, 35 days in nov 07, and 34 days in dec 07.

Started charting last month- since first feb08 period (18/2/0Cool. Preovulatory temps ranged bw min 97.3 to max 98.0.
Temp rise on 16th day 98.6. Coverline 98.0.
Then HIGH TEMPS FOR 18 DAYS: 98.6,98.3,98.6,98.6,98.5,98.6,98.8,98.6,98 .6,98.8,98.3,98.4.98.4,98.3,98.2,98.3,98.1 ,98.0,98.2.
STRANGE PERIODS starting day 28 (luteal phase day 13) heavy bleeding. and same for day 29(LP day 14). 1 drop on day 30(LP day 15) in morning, few drops day 31(LP day 16) evening. then(LP day 17) nothing.

Normally periods are medium bleeding and dull backpain on day 1, heavy bleeding and dull backpain day2, medium bleeding day 3, few drops day4 and none or a drop or so on day 5.

Today,on 19th say of luteal phase, temp falls to 97.6

Took home pregnancy tests on days 14, 16, 18 and 19(today)- all negative.

Got some basic hormonal tests done on day 25 and doctor says they are all normal. Has recommended to a higher doctor who MIGHT get further tests done but says they might ask to WAIT FOR A YEAR MORE as I am still "young" which i totally disagree with.

JUST WOULD LIKE TO KNOW YOUR PROFESSIONAL OPINION ON MY CONDITION. COULD THERE BE SOMETHING WRONG AND WHAT, IF SO? HOW SHOULD IPROCEED FURTHER?

Many thanks and Best Regards,
A
