After doing lots of research, its seems the best thing to do is to monitor your ovulation. I just recently bought the first response ovulation kit b/c i got of the pill in january and didnt think i was ovulating regularly. After peeing on the stick for 15 days i got a positive result that i was due to ovulate. Now i'm just waiting to see if i get my period in two weeks. hope this helps:)
