Hi, I am 37years old, and have always had little trouble maintaining my weight, but recently I have found it difficult to maintain my weight. 2yrs ago my husband moved us to Queensland, Australia and the climate is very warm. I wake up and feel like I have run a marathon and have had little sleep. I try to walk everyday but am absolutely stuffed in the first 10mins. My husband keep telling me that I will adjust, but I cannot see that time. Does anyone have any positive advise to share?
