I'm 5'3 250 pounds, this time last year i was 180 pounds. (i went from a size 16 to a 22, and i think thats gone up in the past month and a half since i cant wear the 22 jeans i bought not to long ago)

I've been trying to loose weight for a year. But i cant seem to, I have no motivation no self control. I eat and eat and i dont exersize.. i just sit on my butt playing video games.

Ocassionally i'll get a hair up my but and start exersizing and making plans to exersize but those plans dont last for longer then a week.

I really know i need to loose weight, ever since i put on more weight my healths gone downhill, i cant even walk to the store without getting exsausted. (its a two block walk...)

I dont like vegetables and no matter what i wont eat them. I take a vitamin to make up for it, I like red meats, and breads...

I want to do low carb since my mom and dad both had beyond amazing results with it, but i cant seem to stick to it, and the whole no veggies thing makes it hard that and i love bread.

any advice for how to plan to loose weight and sticking to it?

One of the hardest ways you'll find to lose weight is by taking away your favorite foods. It's virtually impossible to stick to a diet that causes you to give up the foods that you really love, so a low-carb option for a bread lover is going to be tough. (I'm right there with you).

On the other hand, moderation is key - you mentioned that you have no self control. Until you are to the point where you can control your food intake, it's going to be tough for you to lose weight... especially since you don't eat veggies.

The best proven method for losing weight is to monitor the number of calories you take in & cut your calories. There are a number of calculators out there that will tell you how many calories you should be consuming for your height and weight. In order to lose weight, you just need to cut about 500 calories per day, which may mean that you cut bread from one meal.

Even though it feels like you might be "obsessing" over your food, it's also really helpful to invest in a food scale so you can accurately record what you're eating. Consider keeping a food diary for a week so you can see on paper what you're actually eating every day.
