trying to have a baby, Might I be pregnant?

Me and my husband been married for 4 years and been trying to have a baby. My periods are irregular so it makes it very hard to conceive. My husband works overseas and he has been home for 1 month and 3 days. Ever since he has come home we been having sex constantly. Since last week I been throwing up after eating fried chicken (don't matter what it is comming from), pasta and some other foods, plus having sharp pains in my breast, using the restroom but as not normal, and my stomach is a little bloated. At one point I did bleed one time for 1 day and it was bright red. Than 3 days later I spotted for one time for one day. We been trying to have a baby and I hope it has finally happened. I know many woman have gotten pregnant even though their cycles are irregular. The last time I had a period is the week before he actually came home. Please help me because I want to go to the doctor to check but I am not sure if it is too early. I don't want ended results I been experiencing saying that I am not pregnant.
