Hello... i was just wondering about how long will it take for me to get pregnat? i had been taking birth control for 5 years and i was wondering if i could get pregnant right away or will it take time for me to conceive? i really am looking foward to a new baby now so please give me some advice!!!

it takes a while to clear out of your system for some people and sometimes you can get pregnant right when you stop... so it depends

Chely, it really does depend on your body and the results are different for each individual. I suggest being off the pill for a couple of months to allow your body to adjust to the changes. There are a few ovulation kits over-the-counter that you can buy to help out. Most importantly when you do decide to conceive have a full examination from your GYN. Good luck and God Bless!
