Q: trying to get pregnant

I'm 36 and me and my husand are trying to have a baby l have one son already that's six year's old we have been trying for about 6months now what should l do about this could someone please help me out here 0n what l should take or do l'm willing to do almost anything as long as it's legal(smile)
