Sorry this may be kind of long.. But I really need advice :]
I had my daughter in june of 2002.. Got on depo shot 1 month later.. I was on it for 2 years.. I have been off of it for 4 years.. I have had NO luck getting pregnant since then.. My fiance and I really want a baby.. So I am taking prenatal vitamins.. We had sex when I was supposily ovulating and the next day I started my period 2 weeks early (April 8th) and it lasted 9 days.. Since then, I'v had cramps in my lower stomach and feel pregnant, but I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was negative :[
Could the prenatal vitamins have thrown my body off? I'm not understanding all this. Is it too early to know if Im pregnant?

Prenatal vitamins will not throw your body off or influence whether you get pregnant or not. They are simply vitamins to support your body during pregnancy. You need to speak with your gyn about your irregular cycle. Have a hormone panel done - blood test. Your doctor will better be able to tell you why you are not having a more regular cycle. As far as a pregnancy test, if you are pregnant if may be too soon to tell. If you had your period the day after intercourse it is unlikely that you are pregnant.

ive been trying to get pregnant and taking prenatals and stillnothing could it be cuz my husband diabetic
