Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum
Twice periods in a month at short intervals may be due to hormonal imbalance and can be indicative of any underlying abnormality as Thyroid disorder, uterine or ovarian causes etc.Usually oral contraceptives are provided for regularising the cycles.
You require a detailed examination and investigations as USG scan, hormonal analysis first you need to regularize the cycles and then pregnancy can be planned.Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
Take care!
