Q: trying to drop inches

Last summer I went to the river with some friends and I felt so self conscious in a bikini. Well my stomach is about 2 inches bigger now and it's that time of year already. How do I drop inches from my waist? I've been really struggling with this it seems like nothing works. For the past 5 weeks or so I do cardio and all different kinds of ab exercises every single day and I've been on the detox diet for 5 days now but it really not making a difference in my gut. How does anyone do this?

It takes time to see results. Just work out hard, eat healthy, and you will look great in no time! Weight training can help to speed up your metabolism, and burn the extra fat off. A good multivitamin or vitamin c would be great for you. It will speed up your metabolism, and you will burn more calories all day. Best wishes.

Diets and exercises don't display results over night;) Continue with your exercises and watch the portions of what you eat. In time, you'll have the stomach you can flaunt in your bikini;)
