Me and my Fiance are trying to have a baby, i was on the depo provera needle for around 2 years. I stopped it in December 2007 and have been off contraception since then. I feel like nothing is working, we have tried keeping my hips elevated for 30 minutes after sex, putting my legs in the air for 30mins, Different positions, eating properly, Taking pre conception vitamins, I have been trying to time ovulation but other than that we are having sex every three days to be sure. Does anyone no anything different we can try, i will pretty much try anything at this point....

I completely understand. I had my IUD removed December 07 and started seriously trying soon after that. I haven't had any luck either. Have you talked to your gynecologist about it? Mine has recommended clomid/metformin to try and speed things up but I'm not going to do that until a few more months of trying. My best friend tried for a year and a half with no luck, went on clomid/metformin and was pregnant a month later. She is due on Valentine's day.

Well my doctor said she is not able to prescribe something as we have not been trying long enough...i think 1 year is long enough so I'm going to go to another doctor and see what they say. I have heard about clomid, if the dr will give it to me i think i will try it and see how it goes.
