Hello

I am taking Femara meds for days 3,4,5, following a menstrual cycle. I have my cycle every 28 days and ovulate on day 18/19. I have been seeing a fertility specialist for 4 months now. On my 3rd month I was told to take Femara following my period and then after ovulation to take Progestorone 100 mg- Take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I then waited for my period on day 28 and it did not show up. I tested negative with Clearblue test so why is my period not here ? Is this now a side effect of these pills ?
