So I have gotten off of the implant bar 8 months ago, I am 18 and married. Since we got the bar out we have been trying to conceive for 8 months with no luck. I have never heard of any 18 year old having trouble getting pregnant unless they are infertile. Is there any advice you could give me about this?

The implant normally oes not affect your fertility for long. Did your menstruation come back and are you regular?

After 12 months you should see your doctor to make sure everything is ok and determine if you are ovulating.

The best advise I can give is to mke sure you know when you ovulate and have regular sex the week leading up to that. Relax and keep it fun. Making sex like work is terrible for your relationship.

The problem can also be with your husband. You are just one part of making a baby.

Best of luck TTC
