After removal of the implanon it can take few months to a year for the woman to conceive. As the hormonal levels are normalised and ovulation process starts with regular cycles the chances of getting pregnant are increased.
Relax as stress can affect the cycles. If your cycles have been regularised consider having regular intercourse during ovulation period.
I am 27 years old and had implanon for 8 years (3 different implants). Once having my implant removed I conceived within 8 weeks and am currently 5 months pregnant with my first child. From what I have read it is possible to start cycling and conceive immediately after it is removed

Birth Control Implant Removed (Implanon) and Conception Timeline
I am 28 and married, my husband and I want to try for baby number two. I just recently had my implant removed from my arm on the 13th of June.
I had just finished another very long period prior to the removal and did not experience a period once the implant was out. I still have not experienced a menstrual cycle (6/24/16, should I be worried? and for women who do not experience an immediate period, how long could it take to be pregnant?
We really are so ready to conceive, especially after it took months to get a doctors appointment to get the implant removed.
