After removal of the implanon it can take few months to a year for the woman to conceive. As the hormonal levels are normalised and ovulation process starts with regular cycles the chances of getting pregnant are increased.
Relax as stress can affect the cycles. If your cycles have been regularised consider having regular intercourse during ovulation period.
I am 27 years old and had implanon for 8 years (3 different implants). Once having my implant removed I conceived within 8 weeks and am currently 5 months pregnant with my first child. From what I have read it is possible to start cycling and conceive immediately after it is removed
