Q: Trust and cheating

5 years ago my dad cheated on my mum. was a mess.... ive been together with my partner for 2 years, a year ago he cheated on me. i wanted to sort it out, we worked through it.. i thought i was over it.. i think i trust him but then im always panicing and questioning his feelings, im insecure.. i dont like feeling like this.. what can i do'?

i personally would never be able to fully trust after something like that. But maybe I could I just dont know. That is something very hard to completely forgive.

I think maybe you havent completely forgiven him thats why this keeps coming up. If you had then it wouldnt bother you this much. I wish I could be more helpful

i hear u rosie h...i wouldnt be able to fully trust him after a thing like that....u have to fight fire with fire...let him know how u feel and if he dont change which is a sign that he doesnt care...then make him feel the way u feel...and see if he gets the picture...some men needs for things to be put in front of them in order to see that there doing wrong...if that dont change him then maybe by u not being in his life will!!
