A while back I saw a urologist about my scrotum, shaft, and testicles. The problem was my testes had been crossed over and tangled inside my sack at some point. The result left me with one of my testes in my sack and the other attached to the skin on lower shaft area (inside). I realize I only have one current working testicle. My Question - Is there a way my penis will look normal again and that i can have both testicles back in the sack?

Please any insight into my case would be greatly appreciated
