trouble staying asleep,

I have trouble staying asleep, I don't drink stimulating drinks, I don't eat after 7pm . I have a lovely bedroom with my books and a radio, I have a warm bath and milk , I'm in chronic pain with my shoulders having injections don't work, and I have calcium deposits in my biceps, I have hip and low back pain due to my old job (challenging behaviour nurse) 30 yrs, I also have pain under my shoulder blades and now I have a mass growing on the left side . I'm using voltrol gel. Ibulieve gel. I'm taking a multi vitamin, calcium, zapain tramadol naprocxen and sivastatin and mirtazapine 45mg , it's now been since the start of February this year, I don't like going to the doctors because I don't get time enough to talk and he won't discuss multiple problems which I find difficult HELP PLEASE

Welcome to e health forum.

I understand your predicament here.

The lack of sleep can be either due to chronic pain or due to depression caused by the long standing pain.

In addition, to proper pain relief, you may need proper counselling and if needed medications to help your low mood and depression.

Hence consulting a psychiatrist would be recommended .
