Q: trouble losing weight

i have neurocardiogenic syncope and i cant seem to loose any wight. i don't know what to do. i run track every day (well 3 to 4 days a week) and you think that would help but i just keep gaining wight. i know mussel wights more than fat but i'm not loosing any inches around my waist. to make matter worse i have to keep my sodium levels high so i don't pass out but i gain so much water wight its crazy.

Hmm. Well running track this much should at least make you feel healthy! And if you can do it this much you aren't too terribly overweight. But it is good to be concerned!

Have you talked to your doctor about this? There may be a medical reason why you aren't loosing weight, and are even gaining it despite the exercise. Maybe you have a thyroid issue or something like that. It's worth looking into.
