Do you masturbate? Learning how to do it yourself can help you understand what the feeling is like and what needs to be done to push yourself over the edge. Of course, you'd then relay this all to your partner.

When you masturbate, try to get a clitoral orgasm first since it's easier to achieve than a vaginal one

I have the same problem, but try using a toy, your husband will get a kick out of it and you can have your fun too..But i have heard that if you use it to much that when you actually try to have a orgasm with your husband that it wont work. You can check up on that but i am not positive..happy trails...................
