Hi ive recently started having trouble getting a satisfying breath i yawn a lot and am tight chested front and around my back can't get a satisfying breath. And when I do doesn't last long. Under diagram hurts a lot from breathing. Stiff neck and back what are peoples thoughts it has slowly got worse over last couple of months used to be the odd day now is almost everyday

I read your question and i understand your concern. Difficulty breathing and shortness of breath should be evaluated for pulmonary causes and gall bladder issues. Psychogenic dyspnea should be considered if all other measures fail.
